A Conscious Breath - Breathwork and Meditation
A community event based around connection, breathwork, spirituality, mindfulness and exploring the gift of community.
We meet every Monday at Nobby’s Beach, Newcastle and every Wednesday at Speers Point Park to connect and sip some warm cacao before embarking on a Conscious breathwork journey
by Brad (Master Breathwork Practitioner) which will help you connect deeper into your physical and emotional body. This will be followed by a soothing guided meditation journey all in an idyllic setting against the background of the beach or the lake and some gentle music.
After the breathwork and meditation, we take some time to connect with each other and maybe go for a quick swim (for beach catch ups). 
Suitable for beginners, people wanting to widen their practice or people just looking for some new connections.

We recommend you bring a towel or a yoga mat, a cup (for cacao), a blanket to support your comfort, and anything else that may support your experience.
This is a donation only event ($10 recommended for energy exchange) – We accept donations through cash, EFT and Paypal.
This session starts at 6:30am but please come down early to settle in. The breathwork and meditation will finish by 7:30am.

What to Bring to A Conscious Breath
- Bring a Towel or Yoga Mat, some warm clothes (blanket is optional) and a keep cup.
- Many of us swim all year round, so if you are keen for a dip, bring your swimmers (for the Nobby’s event).
- Most of all just bring yourself – an open heart and an open mind.
