Breathwork can be used to provide real benefits. Some examples are Reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood and sleep patterns and improving athletic performance a swell as to release trauma.

The way we breathe is intrinsically linked to our emotions and our physiology. Breath can be used as a bridge to help us to heal, release trauma and to improve our lives. That can look like improving sports performance, reducing anxiety or overall improving health. The power of breath can also be used to reach higher states of awareness.

Much of this was understood by civilisations in the past with breathing practices being central to many ancient traditions including Yoga, Shamanism and Tantra. Throughout History, conscious breathing is considered a major factor in maintaining physical health, emotional stability and spiritual development.

Pretty cool isnโ€™t itโ€ฆ And it can be as easy as focusing on how you breathe.
