There is power in our Breath. The way we breathe is intrinsically linked to everything that we do. Taking a breath is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do before we die. Breathing is linked to our physiology in a primal way that allows us to live our lives without thinking about it. Our breath can help us to overcome obstacles, rest and recover, run super-fast or fight as if your life depended on it. (because sometimes it does).
You have a breath for anxious, a breath for excited and a breath for relaxed. To put it another way, your anxiety has a specific breathing pattern, as does the feeling of excitement and relaxation. The way we feel and the way we breathe are intimately entwined to the point where it doesnโt matter if itโs the feeling or the breath that comes first. The feeling comes with the breath and the breath comes with the feeling. Breathing can also happen consciously or without any conscious thought providing us with a valuable window into our subconscious. The breath truly has the power to help us create how we want to feel.

As conscious beings, we have the ability to consciously control our breath. This can change how we feel in any given moment. Pretty cool isnโt itโฆ Now it is not always as easy as it sounds, but it can be, if we put in the workโฆ
Breathwork can help with:

The way we breathe is intrinsically linked to our emotions and our physiology. Breath can be used as a bridge to help us to heal, release trauma and to improve our lives. That can look like improving sports performance, reducing anxiety or overall improving health. The power of breath can also be used to reach higher states of awareness.
Much of this was understood by civilisations in the past with breathing practices being central to many ancient traditions including Yoga, Shamanism and Tantra. Throughout History, conscious breathing is considered a major factor in maintaining physical health, emotional stability and spiritual development.
Pretty cool isnโt itโฆ And it can be as easy as focusing on how you breathe.
